Who this is for
Body shops, dealerships, fleet managers, impound lots, property managers, roadside programs — anyone who orders tows for other people's vehicles or their own inventory and wants one bill.
Setting up
For businesses → Get started creates your business account. You'll be asked for the business, a contact, and how you want to pay: a card on file or monthly invoice (net terms, approved by Towhub). Invite the people who order under Team — requesters can order and see jobs; admins can also manage providers and billing.
Ordering a tow
Request a tow works like the customer flow, with two differences: you can enter the end customer's name and mobile so they get the tracking link too, and the job is billed to your account rather than a card at the roadside. Quotes come from companies covering the pickup, priced from their rates — or from your preferred providers with negotiated rates.
For several vehicles between the same two points, use a transport order.
Tracking and receipts
Every job has a tracking page and an itemized receipt (web and PDF). Your dashboard lists every request with status, filterable by VIN — useful when a vehicle comes back a second time.
Fees
The platform fee on business jobs is 10%, paid by the tow company out of the price. You see one price.
