Transport orders

Moving several vehicles as one order: dealer trades, auction runs, fleet moves.

One order, many vehicles

Dealer trades, auction runs, moving a fleet between yards: one pickup, one destination, one schedule, up to 20 vehicles. Transport order in your sidebar.

Entering the lot

Scan or type each VIN — the year, make, model and vehicle type fill in — or enter them by hand. Add a stock number, tick needs a flatbed where it applies, and a note for the driver (keys in the office, doesn't roll). Give the order a reference (PO, deal or run number): it appears on every receipt and on your invoice lines.

Choosing a company

Each vehicle is priced on its own by every covering company. The order page rolls those up: companies that quoted every vehicle show a total for the lot and can be chosen; one that could only take some of them is shown but can't be chosen for the whole order. Your preferred providers rank first.

Choose a company and they get one notification for the lot. They accept all the vehicles in one tap on their board.

After that

Every vehicle is its own job — tracked, photographed, receipted — with the order reference and its position ("vehicle 2 of 5") on each. The order page shows each vehicle's status and the running total; receipts (PDF) are per vehicle, and your invoice line reads PO-4471 #2 · stock ST-88 · pickup → destination.

Cancelling

Cancel the order to withdraw vehicles that haven't been accepted yet. Vehicles a company already accepted are cancelled from their own tracking pages, and late-cancellation fees apply once a driver is on the way.
