"No companies available right now"
Every company that covers your pickup was asked and none could take the job at this moment. It happens with heavy vehicles, at 3am, or when everyone's out. It isn't a glitch. Wait a few minutes and refresh for new quotes — companies come free constantly. For a scheduled tow, pick a time and companies will price that slot instead.
Quotes disappeared
Quotes hold for 10 minutes (longer for scheduled tows). After that they expire so you're never charged a stale price. Refresh to get fresh ones — the amounts may differ if the hour changed or a truck freed up.
The company declined or didn't answer
You'll see why they declined, and you can pick another company immediately. A company that doesn't respond in the offer window is treated the same way. Nothing has been charged.
Only one company is listed
If you came from a company's own booking link, only that company quotes — that's the point of the link. To compare, start from towhub.co/request instead. Businesses using Only my providers mode see only their list; an admin can change that under Preferred providers.
The price changed from the estimate
The estimate on the request form is a range from public rates before the route is computed. Real quotes use the actual route, the exact time, and each company's minimums and after-hours rules. The itemized breakdown on each quote shows every line.
