Crew, schedule and timecards

Inviting people, roles, shifts, clock in/out, overtime rules, payroll export.

Inviting people

Crew → Invite sends an email link. Pick a role:

  • Driver — sees only their assigned jobs, navigation, status, photos, extras.
  • Dispatcher — the board, assignments, phone jobs.
  • Admin — everything except payouts and closing the account.
  • Accounting — jobs, exports, timecards, no dispatch.
  • Support — read access to jobs and activity; can answer disputes.
  • Owner — you.

Owners and dispatchers can also make themselves a driver for small shops and testing.

Schedule

Schedule is a week grid: who's on when, on which truck, with notes. Drivers see their next shift on their phone; the dispatch board flags who's on shift when you assign.

Timecards

Drivers clock in and out from their phone. Timecards shows shifts to approve, hours per person, and applies your pay rules — hourly rate, per-job amounts, and overtime by state (Washington daily/weekly rules and California's are built in). Tips customers leave show on the driver's line.

Payroll export

Exports → Payroll gives you a CSV per pay period with regular hours, overtime, per-job pay and tips, ready for your payroll provider. Hours and timecard data are records; the overtime math follows published state rules but isn't legal advice.
