Phone jobs
A customer calls you directly. Enter the job under New phone job — pickup, destination, vehicle, the customer's mobile — and the app prices it from your rules (edit the price if you agreed something else). The customer gets a text with a link to save a card and watch the truck; you dispatch it like any other job; they get a receipt; you get paid by Stripe.
The platform fee on phone jobs is 4% — card processing, tracking and the receipt for less than you'd pay a terminal.
Customers you enter go into your Customers directory automatically; the next time they call, the form autofills from their number.
Your booking link
towhub.co/book/your-name is your own request page: only your company quotes, at your rates, and the fee is 4% like a phone job. Copy it from Settings and put it on your website, your Google Business Profile, invoices, business cards and the truck doors. It's the difference between a customer finding you and a customer finding the marketplace.
